The Eterna Way |First Visit
Our comprehensive health analysis is specifically designed to provide a thorough examination of both your mind and body. This helps us to identify the underlying causes of any issues you may be experiencing. With this knowledge, we can offer personalized and practical recommendations that will guide you towards a healing process that is uniquely tailored to your needs. The analysis takes 90 minutes and is conducted in-person.

The Eterna Way| Second Visit
During your visit, your experienced physician will discuss the progress you have made and the significant impact of a personalized treatment plan that is tailored to meet your unique needs. Your physician will customize the plan as required to help you on your journey to healing and assist you in achieving the optimal health and wellness you have always desired. The second visit occurs 3-4 weeks after the first visit.

The Eterna Way| Follow UP
At Eterna, we believe in maintaining a close relationship between patients and physicians. You’ll be in regular contact with your physician to ensure that your health plan is implemented effectively. Schedule a follow-up appointment approximately 2-4 months after your second visit to monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your health plan. If you need immediate attention for an acute issue, please schedule an appointment in person or via telehealth.

The Eterna Way| Health Coaching
The Eterna Way Health Coaching is a comprehensive membership program that has been thoughtfully designed to offer a range of options and benefits to our patients. To be eligible for the Health Coaching Program, patients must first complete the initial two visits. Once the second visit is done, the Health Coaching Program comes into effect. Members pay every three months.
